These terms apply to the apps, websites, and related services provided by A-TECH (Ahmadi Tech), referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using our services, you agree to these terms. Additional terms presented for a particular app or feature apply to that app or feature and take priority if they conflict with these general terms.

Using our services

You must meet the age requirements for the app and applicable law. If you are not old enough to enter into this agreement, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf. Use our services lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not misuse accounts, distribute malicious software, harass others, infringe intellectual property, bypass security measures, or disrupt the services.

Accounts and access

Where an account is required, provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict or suspend access for material violations of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the platform where you subscribed before the applicable renewal deadline. Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the relevant store or payment provider’s procedures and your rights under applicable law.

Your content and our intellectual property

You retain your rights to content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use. You must have the rights needed to submit it. Our software, branding, and original content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party licenses.

Third-party services and generated content

Apps may include third-party content, links, integrations, or AI-powered features. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Generated content and recommendations can be inaccurate or incomplete; review them before relying on them. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services provide general information and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Availability and liability

We will provide notice of material changes where required and obtain agreement where necessary. Changes do not remove rights you already have in paid services.
