Help us understand the issue

Include the app name, your device model, app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots and steps to reproduce the issue can help. Please do not send passwords or full payment details.

Purchases and subscriptions

Manage or cancel subscriptions through the store or platform where you purchased them. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription. For purchase issues, include the app name and order reference, without sharing sensitive billing information.

Privacy and account requests

To request account or data deletion, email us with the app name and the email or username associated with your account, if applicable. We may need to verify ownership before completing your request.
