Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 21, 2026
A-TECH (Ahmadi Tech) is responsible for personal information handled through our apps, websites, and related services. This policy describes our general approach. The information involved depends on the app and features you use; not every category below applies to every app. App-specific notices explain additional processing and take priority for the features they describe.
Information we handle
- Information you provide, such as account details, support messages, feedback, and content you choose to submit.
- Content needed for a feature, such as photos, text, or preferences, when you choose to use that feature and grant any required permissions.
- Technical and usage information, such as device and app versions, interactions, crash reports, and performance diagnostics, where collected by the service.
- Purchase or subscription information, such as transaction references and entitlement status, when you use paid features. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own policies.
How and why information is used
Information is used as needed to deliver requested features, maintain accounts and purchases, respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, improve performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you for requested services, legal obligations for required records, and legitimate interests for proportionate security and service improvements, balanced against your rights. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Permissions and sensitive information
Some features may request access to your camera, photos, notifications, or other device capabilities. You can manage permissions in your device settings, although related features may stop working. If a feature involves sensitive information, such as health data, its specific notice and any required consent govern that use. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
Service providers and sharing
Depending on the service, information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payments, or features such as AI processing. Content submitted to an online processing feature may need to be sent to its provider; consult the feature’s notice before submitting it. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable privacy protections.
Website analytics and local storage
This website integrates Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to help understand website usage and performance. Details about those services are available in Vercel’s Privacy Policy. Apps and websites may also store settings or session information on your device. Where optional tracking requires consent, the relevant service must request it before enabling that tracking.
Retention, security, and international processing
Information is retained for the period needed for the purpose it was collected, including providing the service, resolving support issues, and satisfying applicable recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the service. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country; where required, transfers must use a recognized legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details relevant to your app.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal information, and object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email us with the app name and your request; we may need to verify your identity. Deleting an app does not necessarily delete information held by an online service. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including Datatilsynet in Norway.
Children’s privacy
Age requirements vary by app and applicable law. Where a service requires parental consent for a child’s personal information, that consent is required before the relevant processing. If you believe a child has provided personal information without required consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or obligations. The date above shows the latest revision, and material changes will be communicated where required. For privacy questions or requests, email soheilahmadi250203@gmail.com or call +47 96630675. You can also visit our Support page.
